Tandoori Atta
Tandoor Atta is usually made using whole wheat flour (Atta) rather than regular flour (maida). Tandoor Atta is strong in fiber and protein. It is a type of flour that is extracted during the wheat flour milling process. Tandoor Atta is also known as Roti Special Atta.
It is extracted during the milling of wheat flour. Because of its high gluten concentration, it is ideal for Naan, Roomali Rotis, and other flatbreads. Aside from Indian recipes, it is utilized in a variety of different cuisines.
